PA Labor Services provides subscription-based handyman services to residents and property owners in Washington County, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to, general maintenance, repairs, and light renovation work.

3. Subscription and Billing

Plans: Subscription plans are offered on a recurring basis (monthly/annually as applicable). Plan details and pricing are available on our website.
Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Service Limitations

Services are available only within Washington County, PA and areas that immediately surround Washington County, PA.
Services are limited to the scope outlined in your chosen plan. Work outside that scope may incur additional charges.
PA Labor Services reserves the right to decline service requests that fall outside the expertise or safety practices of our team.

5. Appointments and Access

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Missed appointments without 24 hours' notice may result in a fee.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our staff to perform services.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use our services for illegal or unsafe activities
Attempt to resell or misuse your subscription benefits
Provide false or misleading information during signup or service requests

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and photos, is the property of PA Labor Services and may not be reproduced without our permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do our best to provide high-quality services, but we make no guarantees about the availability, reliability, or results of the services. All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PA Labor Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Washington County, PA.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
